We are a passionate team looking for a Customer Service Representative who loves organisation, problem-solving, and helping customers thrive.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Customer Service Representative to be the backbone of our order fulfillment and client support operations. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers—ensuring their inquiries are answered promptly, their orders are processed with flawless accuracy, and their shipping logistics run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Accurate Order Entry & Processing: Efficiently input orders received verifying critical details including item numbers, quantities, pricing, and shipping addresses to ensure zero errors.
Support: Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly regarding stock availability, pricing, and company policies.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Monitor real-time stock levels and collaborate closely with our warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure shipments are dispatched on schedule.
Proactive Client Communication: Actively notify clients regarding backorders, shipping delays, or product substitutions, offering helpful solutions to keep their shelves stocked.
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve client issues regarding shipping discrepancies, damages, or invoicing inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
System Maintenance: Maintain meticulous digital records of order confirmations, invoices, and tracking details to ensure seamless traceability.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support (experience in the arts/crafts industry would be a huge plus!).
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional data entry accuracy and a knack for spotting discrepancies before they become problems.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional and friendly phone/email demeanor.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
Adaptability: Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasonal ordering periods.
A Passion for Art: While not required, an appreciation for art supplies and materials helps you connect with our clients and products!
