This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded and analytically curious professional to sit at the intersection of customer experience, data, and emerging AI technologies. Working closely with our Enterprise Data and Automation Manager, you'll play a key role in transforming customer intelligence into actionable insights that drive retention, growth, profitability, and innovation across the business.

What you'll do
- Capture, analyse, and structure customer feedback, behavioural trends, and operational insights into meaningful intelligence.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics models that support business decision-making.
- Identify customer retention risks, growth opportunities, and commercial improvement initiatives.
- Analyse profitability, pricing, utilisation, and service delivery data to uncover actionable insights.
- Support the development of predictive models, forecasting tools, and customer intelligence frameworks.
- Explore and implement AI-powered and low-code automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
What you'll bring
- Experience in customer-facing, business analytics, commercial, marketing, or data-focused environments.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into practical business insights.
- Exposure to tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting and visualisation platforms.
- A genuine interest in emerging technologies, AI, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
