What you'll be doing
Handling incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for customers
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure to meet deadlines
A passion for providing a positive customer experience and a commitment to continuous improvement
