About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Service Consultant! We’re searching for a personable, dependable, and customer-oriented professional with experience or knowledge in CPAP therapy.
This is a high-volume outbound calling role supporting our clients. You will contact our clients to explain program benefits, guide them through the ordering process, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
This role combines phone-based engagement with administrative responsibilities. You’ll be comfortable switching between calls, systems, and inboxes throughout the day while consistently meeting KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, including conducting outbound calls and booking appointments
Clearly explain program benefits and assist clients with order completion
Use persuasive, benefit-based communication to achieve positive outcomes
Promote services and product offerings with empathy and professionalism
Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date customer records
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to program guidelines
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a high-volume phone role
Knowledge of CPAP devices and related services (preferred)
Sales, customer service, or administration experience highly regarded
Confident phone manner with strong communication and listening skills
Tech-savvy with experience using Outlook and CRM systems (training provided)
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
