Inbound Sales Consultant
Permanent Part-time | 22hrs+ Friday to Sunday, with more hrs available midweek

Le Mans Entertainment is Australia's largest karting and entertainment venue 23 acres of karting, mini golf, laser tag, arcade, bars and next-level virtual reality. And we're hiring for the engine room of our business: the Sales team.

This isn't order-taking. You'll be on the phones converting piping hot enquiries into booked-and-paid events, upselling and cross-selling every chance you get, and turning a simple call into a event at Le Mans, which more often than not are limited spaces.

What you'll do:

• Own every enquiry, phone, email and online and turn it into a sale

• Secure bookings across the board: kids' and adult parties,  and social groups

• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise every booking's value

• Close the deal process payments and balance every booking

• Follow up on leads and upcoming groups to lock them in

• Know our experiences inside out so you can sell them with confidence

What you'll bring:

• Proven sales experience with a real knack for upselling and cross-selling

• A natural closer who's comfortable on the phone and in control of the call

• A sense of urgency you move fast without dropping the ball

• Sharp time management and the ability to juggle multiple bookings at once

• Strong computer and phone skills

• Ownership mindset and a drive to keep improving

• Available weekends and peak periods
