What You’ll Be Doing
Be the go-to for customer enquiries, supporting licensing sales and admin functionsManage inbound requests, including quoting, order processing, and issue resolutionWork closely with Account Managers and vendors to deliver seamless outcomesSpot upsell opportunities and maximise vendor promotionsKeep systems up to date and produce accurate customer reportsBuild strong, lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders
What You’ll BringExperience in customer service, sales support, or IT licensingConfident communicator with a proactive, customer-first mindsetStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsHigh attention to detail and confidence working across systemsA team-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a busy environmentExposure to IT licensing programs or partner tools (advantageous)
