We are seeking a motivated and friendly Call Centre Consultant to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

Role Overview

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, booking appointments, updating client information, and providing exceptional customer service

Key Responsibilities

• Making and receiving telephone calls
• Following up enquiries and leads
• Booking appointments for our team
• Maintaining accurate records and notes
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Working towards achievable daily and weekly targets

Key Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication skills
• Enjoys talking to people and building rapport
• Is confident using computers and learning new systems
• Is organised and reliable
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous call centre, customer service, administration or reception experience is desirable but not essential
