Funded by the Commonwealth and Victorian governments, we deliver services across Kingston, Frankston, Bayside, Glen Eira, Stonnington, and Port Phillip. About This Opportunity In this role, you’ll provide vital assistance to Care Partners, Client Service Officers, and your teammates, so every consumer receives the high-quality support they deserve. Alongside administrative tasks, you’ll be a friendly point of contact—helping monitor consumer wellbeing and keeping communication flowing between staff, consumers, and families. Other Responsibilities Include Welcoming support and thoughtful service to consumers, carers, and team membersOngoing monitoring to help ensure every consumer’s care and safetyResponsive follow-up to feedback and changing client needs, working with others to find solutionsContribute to managing client individual budgets and expenditureHelp manage incident reporting for continued service improvementAssist with Work Health and Safety tasks and planning, always putting wellbeing firstFoster independence, reablement, and community connection for the people we serveProvide backup and hands-on help to other teams, including client home visits when needed What You’ll Bring Experience supporting people in customer service, community, or care settingsWarm, compassionate communicator who puts people at ease and builds strong connectionsGreat attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a knack for keeping records accurate and currentEnthusiasm for teamwork, problem-solving, and helping colleagues achieve the best resultsA commitment to continuous learning, improvement, and supporting a safe and inclusive workplace for allQualifications: Diploma in Health or related field, or experience in a similar roleValid Drivers License is essential The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the City of Kingston’s values of We make a difference ǀ We show care and respect ǀ We take pride in our work ǀ We are better together Don’t meet every single requirement for this role?
