Join Osprey Winsows & Doors, a leader in premium aluminium windows, doors, and sunrooms. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to the Director to provide high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Director across multiple business functions.

This is a dynamic and trusted role suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, discretion, and working closely with leadership to keep the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive personal and professional support to the Director
  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and priorities efficiently
  • Act as a key communication link between the Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Assist with preparation of reports, documents, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate follow-ups on projects, tasks, and deadlines across departments
  • Support business operations, workflow improvements, and strategic initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information
  • Assist with CRM updates, basic project tracking, and administrative oversight
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks to ensure the Director can focus on high-level decision-making

About You

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business environment
  • Experience in construction, architecture, manufacturing, or building materials is an advantage
