This role sits within Graphisoft's regional marketing team, supporting the Australia and New Zealand markets.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Digital Sales, this role is responsible for delivering measurable marketing outcomes across campaigns, projects, and events.
As part of Graphisoft's marketing function, the regional marketing team collaborates closely with the global headquarters (HQ) marketing team to manage and execute campaign deliverables within the Australia and New Zealand market, ensuring global initiatives are effectively localized. The team is also responsible for the planning, execution, and performance reporting of regional campaigns and events.
The role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities of the Role
Plan and create integrated marketing campaigns for awareness, lead generation,
engagement and retention as outlined in the Marketing Program.
Analyse competitors' activities, business situations, and current industry trends to
develop insightful recommendations to improve marketing campaign performance.
Organising and creating paid search advertisement and display campaigns.
Development of marketing assets for planned and ongoing marketing activities.
Planning and delivery of events as well as Graphisoft presence in industry events and tradeshows.
Selection and management of outcomes by external vendors and agencies.
Update, maintain and create content for the company website, social media and other Graphisoft platforms.
Work with agencies and AI tools to create and manage paid marketing campaigns on search engines and social media.
Personal Attributes
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience using content management systems.
Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Experience running advertising on print as well as digital platforms (Google,
Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram and other third party sites).
Good working knowledge of WordPress and other content management systems.
Understanding of SEM, SEO, GEO and social media platforms, including their
campaign management platforms.
Experience working with email marketing platforms like Campaign Monitor and Marketo.
High attention to detail and time management skills.
Creative, positive and with a problem-solving attitude.
Multitasker – you'll be working on multiple projects all the time.
People person and team player – you'll be working with multiple stakeholders on a day-to-day basis and a smart team that solves problems together.
