We are now seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Australian team and drive new client acquisition across freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
This role is suited to a hunter style commercially driven individual who thrives and is passionate with building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting them into long-term client partnerships.
The RoleAs a Senior Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and develop strategic client relationships across importers and exporters requiring global freight and logistics solutions.
You will work closely with our operations, customs brokerage, including project cargo vertical to deliver competitive, reliable and scalable supply chain solutions for clients.
This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of United Carriers.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect and secure new freight forwarding & logistics clients
Develop strong relationships with importers, exporters and supply chain decision makers
Present tailored logistics solutions across airfreight, seafreight, customs and domestic transport. including project cargo.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through to client onboarding
Work collaboratively with operations to ensure service delivery aligns with commercial expectations
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Represent United Carriers professionally within the logistics and supply chain community
Proven experience selling international freight forwarding services
Strong understanding of airfreight, seafreight and customs brokerage solutions
Established industry network and ability to generate new opportunities
Confident communicator able to engage senior supply chain decision makers
Commercial hunter mindset with a focus on long-term client partnerships rather than transactional sales
Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment
