About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Reliance Care Medical Center in Truganina, VIC with 20 rooms being a multi-disciplinary with Pediatrician & full-fledged Allied Health Team. As a full-time General Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, high-quality healthcare to our diverse patient community. We also have opened our branch in regional area of Victoria in Winchelsea (MMM5) to provide the platform for AGPT, ACRRM, RVTS, FSP & Observer ship programs & to accommodate more IMGS.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting thorough medical examinations and consultations to diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient

• Providing preventive care, including health screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counselling

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

• Adhering to all relevant medical regulations, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

• Valid medical degree and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Practitioner, preferably in a similar healthcare setting

• Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of general practice principles and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds

• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems

• Unrestricted Australian work rights are required for this position
