About the Role

The Venny is seeking an inspiring and strategic Chief Executive Officer to lead our unique community organisation. For over 45 years, The Venny has provided free adventure playgrounds and safe spaces where children and young people experiencing disadvantage can play, connect and thrive.

Reporting to the Board, you will lead organisational strategy, operations, fundraising, financial management, stakeholder engagement and a dedicated team of staff and volunteers. You will champion child safety, community connection and The Venny's innovative play-based model.

We are looking for an experienced not-for-profit leader with strong financial and people management skills, fundraising experience, and a demonstrated commitment to social impact and community development.

Salary is above award with NFP salary packaging available up to $18,550 of your salary tax-free.
