Cleaning Care and Co is a family focused business, providing cleaning services within homes and construction sites. We are seeking potential candidates to join our team in a casual and part-time position. These positions are flexible and can be tailored around the successful candidate's requirements with as little or as many hours as desired. Whether you can only work between school hours or a limited duration- We can accomodate and tailor your roster. All work is located in and around Melbourne's northern suburbs.

As a cleaner, with Cleaning Care and Co, you will be attending scheduled cleans with 1 or more colleagues to maintain company safety processes. All cleaners receive on-going training on product and equipment use. Cleaners will attend scheduled cleans in domestic homes or on construction site working with a team to complete a checklist of cleaning tasks. New recruits will be supported to receive certifications required to work on construction sites or at heights where required. No experience necessary.

Each cleaner on our team is supplied with all equipment, products and uniform on-going to fore fill the cleaning role. Our cleaners are paid an hourly rate in line with the current 'Cleaning Award' plus allowances such as the following;
- Paid travel time between cleaning locations
- Paid kilometres at $.99 per km
- Paid height allowance if working on scaffold 
Additional benefit and entitlements are paid under the award 'Cleaning Services Award 2020'

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
All successful candidates must have:
- A vehicle and licence
- Working rights within Australia
- Williness to work within a team 
- Reside in the northern suburbs of Melbourne or willing to travel.
