We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Preferable to have experience in banking or lending.
About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Director to manage administrative tasks, coordinate travel, prepare reports and enhance business efficiency. Your role is critical in keeping operations running seamlessly, allowing the Director to focus on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage daily administrative tasks, emails, and correspondence
✔️ Schedule meetings, manage calendars and coordinate appointments
✔️ Book flights, accommodation and travel arrangements
✔️ Assist with preparing reports, documents and presentations
✔️ Handle client communications and follow-ups as needed
✔️ Maintain records, databases and filing systems
✔️ Assist with CRM and lead flow management ✔️ Support general office operations and special projects
About You
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience in the finance or mortgage broking industry (preferred but not essential)
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
