About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a high‑performing and driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join a fast‑growing provider of employee benefits and financial wellbeing solutions. This role is focused on winning new business and building strategic partnerships across mid‑market and enterprise organisations. You’ll own the full sales lifecycle - from outbound prospecting through to closing complex deals - engaging senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and executive teams. This is a true hunter role suited to someone who thrives on opening doors, influencing at C‑suite level, and delivering high‑value, strategic outcomes.

Duties
  • Drive outbound sales activity across LinkedIn, phone, email, and events to generate new business opportunities
  • Identify and engage target mid‑market and enterprise organisations, securing meetings with senior decision‑makers
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from discovery and solution design through to negotiation and close
  • Deliver tailored, commercially sound proposals that articulate financial and cultural value
  • Position a holistic, cost‑neutral employee benefits solution to diverse stakeholder groups
  • Build trusted, long‑term relationships and leverage networks for referrals and growth
  • Collaborate internally to optimise go‑to‑market strategy and ensure smooth client onboarding
Skills & Experience
  • Proven B2B sales success, with experience in enterprise or mid‑market environments
  • Strong new business focus with a track record of outbound pipeline generation
  • Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C‑suite
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to build compelling business cases
  • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Resilient, driven, and highly accountable with a results‑focused mindset
  • Experience in employee benefits, financial services, SaaS, or similar is advantageous
  • Consultative, strategic approach with the ability to uncover and solve business challenges
