Executive Assistant – Metropolitan Investment Sales
This role is based in our Melbourne office and offers a unique opportunity to provide dedicated support to the Head of Metropolitan Investment Sales. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of company processes, policies, and procedures. This individual will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of the IP Metro function, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Head of Metropolitan Investment Sales, including calendar and inbox management, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and coordinating travel & event bookings, as well as liaising with HR and IT for new starter setups and onboarding.
- Provide operational and business administration support relating to the interim measures associated with M&A.
- Reconcile expenses, process invoices, distribute communications, and manage ad hoc financial tasks, ensuring financial administration is carried out efficiently.
- Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date client and opportunity database using Salesforce.
- Engage and interact extensively with internal and external clients and stakeholders, liaise with executive leaders and their teams, building strong relationships.
