Senior Sales Executive – Corporate Services
ACW is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in our corporate portfolio, winning and expanding multi-million dollar contracts for our national facilities services offering. You will play a pivotal role in positioning ACW as a trusted, long-term partner to major corporate and community sector clients, particularly across cleaning, maintenance, housekeeping, trades and solar.
This is an autonomous role that is not for the faint hearted. You will balance time in the office developing strategy, tenders and proposals with being on the road meeting C‑suite stakeholders, conducting site-based discovery, and building deep, sustainable relationships. To thrive, you will need to be comfortable operating under pressure, managing long and complex sales cycles, and navigating multiple decision-makers while keeping a sharp focus on outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target and secure new corporate clients for ACW’s national facility services, with a focus on multi-site and multi-million dollar contracts.
Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solution design, pricing, tender responses, presentations, negotiation and contract close.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (C‑suite, procurement, property, operations) to understand strategic priorities and align ACW’s services to their needs.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Service Delivery teams to design compelling, commercially sound solutions and transition plans for new contracts.
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals and tender submissions that clearly articulate value, service outcomes and ROI.
Proactively grow revenue within existing key accounts through cross-sell and up-sell of additional services (e.g. trades, solar, additional sites or service lines).
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management and activity reporting, using CRM and agreed sales processes.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform ACW’s growth strategy and value proposition.
About You
Significant experience in a senior B2B sales role, selling complex service solutions into the corporate or institutional sector.
Proven track record of securing and managing multi-million-dollar contracts, ideally in facilities services, property, outsourcing, facilities management, or related industries.
Comfortable engaging with and presenting to executives and boards, with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Skilled at managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and detailed commercial requirements.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
Highly self-motivated and resilient, able to work autonomously, manage your own pipeline and thrive under pressure.
Strong written skills for tender responses and proposals, and high attention to detail in commercial documents.
