Disability Support Worker – Day Program

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our Day Program team. In this role, you will support participants to build independence, social skills, and confidence through meaningful group and community-based activities.

About the Role:

• Provide person-centred support in line with individual NDIS goals

• Facilitate group activities and community outings

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care (if required)

• Support positive behaviour strategies

• Complete case notes and documentation

About You:

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability)

• Current First Aid & CPR

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Driver's licence (preferred)

• Driver's licence is strongly preferred for this role

• Passionate, reliable, and team-oriented

• Minimum 2 years experience in disability support work required

Experience in a day program or group setting is highly regarded.
