Role Description/Criteria

2026 NEW EXCITING ROLE!

Caroline Chisholm Catholic College is seeking staff wishing to join a vibrant and dynamic learning community. 

COMMENCING TERM 1, 2026

The College is seeking candidates for the following full time position;

  • Disability Support Worker
  • Full Time – Fixed Contract (Category B)

The successful applicants will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Certificate III Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent qualification  
  • Experience supporting adolescents with disability in an educational setting 
  • Understanding of inclusive education principles 
  • Ability to implement behaviour support strategies 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with students, families, school staff and other services

The successful applicants will also demonstrate the following attributes:

  • A strong commitment to our Catholic Ethos
  • A good working knowledge of the College’s Child Protection and Safety Policy and Child Protection Program
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment 
  • Holds a current WWCC Registration
