Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will assist NDIS participants with daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to person-centered care and have experience working in a similar role. Fluency in English and Manual Handling is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily tasks.
  • Support participants in achieving their goals and maintaining independence.
  • Assist with mobility, medication management, and general well-being.
  • Facilitate participation in community activities and social interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on participant progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or higher.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and First Aid Certificate.
  • Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities, particularly those with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to making a positive difference.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $38.00 – $42.00 per hour
