About the Role: We are looking for Support Workers to assist NDIS participants with day-to-day tasks, community access, and independent living supports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal care support

• Household tasks

• Community access and social support

• Transport to appointments and activities

• Following support plans

• Completing shift notes and documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in disability support (preferred)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• First Aid & CPR

• Driver licence and reliable car

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently
