Pay Rate: $37 – $40.00 per hour (depending on and qualifications minimum Certificate 3 in Individual Support or Certificate 4 in Disability)

🧑 Your Role Will Include:
  • Delivering person-centred care and support based on individual needs and support plans.

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access.

  • Completing accurate progress notes and documentation after each shift.

  • Working respectfully alongside families, health professionals, and internal care teams to achieve great outcomes.

βœ… Who We're Looking For:
  • At least 8 months of experience in disability or community support.

  • Experience in both disability and community support is required to demonstrate comprehensive care capabilities.

  • Candidates may have experience in either disability support or community support to meet the experience requirements.

  • Strong communication skills and a respectful, compassionate approach.

  • Flexibility, reliability, and availability across both weekdays and weekends.

  • A positive, outgoing attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

πŸ“Œ Mandatory Requirements:
  • Current Australian Working Rights.

  • National Police Check.

  • Working With Children Check (WWCC).

  • Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance.

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module must be completed before starting employment.

  • Infection Control Training.

  • Infection Control Training must be completed before starting employment.

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.

  • Certificate III in Individual Support is the minimum qualification required for this position.

🌱 Desirable (but not essential):
  • Certificate IV in Disability or a higher qualification.
