### Role purpose:
Our op shops provide much needed funds to support RSPCA Victoria achieve our vision of ending cruelty to all animals. The op shops also play a visible role in the wider community as the face of RSPCA Victoria.

The purpose of this role is to help sell a wide range of new and pre-loved items. This involves serving customers, assisting with stock rotation, sorting and pricing donated goods and keeping the op shop in a tidy and presentable state.

This role requires the ability to perform a wide range of tasks as required depending on the op shop activity on the day.

Flexibility and the willingness to contribute to the teams efforts are important in this role.

### Duties include:
- Serving and assisting customers
- Receiving, sorting and pricing donated goods
- Displaying and rotating goods for sale in the store
- Performing cash and Eftpos sales
- Ensuring the store is clean, tidy and well presented

**No two days are the same!**

### What we need:
To be successful in this role you will need:
- To be at least 18 years of age
- Great customer service skills
- The ability to work in a team
- Basic mathematical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Manual handling ability (up to 10kg)
- A great sense of humour!
