Support Workers Wanted (1 Male & 1 Female) – East Suburbs Melbourne

We are a registered NDIS service provider seeking 1 male and 1 female Support Worker to support NDIS participants in Melbourne’s East suburbs.

The Role

• Community access and participation (transport to appointments, social & recreational activities)
• Assistance with daily living (domestic tasks, meal prep, light household support)
• Assistance with self-care (where required)
• Inactive and active night-time sleepovers (as needed)
• Help participants work towards completing their NDIS goals
• Help participants with morning and evening routines

About You

• Reliable, caring, punctual and professional
• Able to work independently and follow support plans
• Male and female applicants encouraged (participant preference
• Big sister and Brother role model ( 20s - early 30s)

Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Police check
• Cert 3 or 4 individual support ( preferred)
• Drivers license
