• 3 years plus post admission experience

• Current Practising Certificate

• Software knowledge (LEAP), eBrief Ready and Microsoft Office programs

• General knowledge of other areas of the law welcome but not necessary

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist across a range of family law matters, including divorce, parenting, property, financial proceedings and agreements, dispute resolution and court proceedings

• Drafting correspondence, court documents and providing legal advice

• Managing client communication with professionalism

Working with and supported by mentoring from senior family law practitioners and accredited family law specialist
