We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Disability Support Workers/AIN/Aged Care/Community Access/PCA across Melbourne, as we prepare to launch an exciting new temporary staffing desk. While roles may not be immediate, we are building a strong pool of reliable, professional support workers who will be the first contacted for upcoming casual shifts with our valued clients.

If you are passionate about delivering person-centred care, fostering independence, and creating positive outcomes for participants, this is your chance to join a growing network of like-minded professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with disabilities or aged care needs.
  • Supporting participants with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Assisting with community access and social activities to promote inclusion and independence.
  • Administering medication and monitoring health and wellbeing as required.
  • Building positive relationships with participants, their families, and other support networks.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to NDIS and organisational standards.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 6 months experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • Relevant Australian qualification (Disability, Community Services, Aged Care or similar)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current First Aid/CPR certificate
  • Working With Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated and current flu vaccination
