H1 Healthcare is looking for a driven Sales / Business Development Manager to grow our in-home disability services across Victoria.

This role is focused on building relationships with NDIS, TAC and iCare referral partners, identifying new opportunities, and bringing on new participants who require high-quality support in the home and community.

You will work closely with our operations and clinical teams to ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly and supported with reliable care.

 Key Responsibilities

1. Develop new referral pathways for in-home disability support services

2. Build relationships with Support Coordinators, Case Managers, Hospitals and Allied Health providers

3. Identify and onboard new clients funded through NDIS, TAC and iCare

4. Attend networking events, provider meetings and community engagement opportunities

5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

6. Track leads, referrals and conversions through CRM systems

7. Contribute to growth strategies across disability and attendant care programs

 About You

1. Experience in NDIS, TAC, iCare and or other disability services and healthcare sales

2. Strong network with Support Coordinators, hospitals or case managers highly regarded

3. Confident relationship builder who can open new referral channels

4. Commercial mindset with the ability to convert opportunities into active services

5. Strong communication and organisational skills

6. Self-motivated and comfortable working toward growth targets
