What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same, offering a dynamic and varied role.

You will be:

• Providing complex hands-on care may include personal hygiene, transfers, PEG feeding, and engagement in daily activities within a trauma-informed framework.

• Client specific training will be provided.

• Communicate clearly and calmly, providing reassurance and choice throughout care.

• Working as part of a positive and compassionate support team.

What You'll Need

To be a part of our team, you'll need:

• Female Support Workers only.

• A qualification in Disability (minimum Cert III Individual Support).

• Italian background an advantage.

• Experience working with high intensity.

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

• A valid Driver's Licence.

• NDIS Screening Check.

• First Aid Certificate.

• Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain).
