The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and passionate NDIS Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a casual role, working 3 days per week from our Brunswick office. Once you are fully onboarded and settled in, we are happy to offer hybrid flexibility. There is also genuine potential for the role to grow into more hours should that suit you down the track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate supports for NDIS participants in line with their plans and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, their families, and support networks
  • Liaise with service providers, allied health professionals, and community services Assist participants to understand and utilise their NDIS funding effectively
  • Monitor participant progress and adjust support arrangements as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and case notes Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in case management or support coordination
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework, plans, and funding categories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail Empathetic, values-driven, and genuinely committed to participant outcomes
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
