We’re seeking compassionate, motivated Client Support Professionals to join our vibrant ACO team on a full-time or part-time permanent basis.  

You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred support in group and 1:1 settings across our sites, in client homes, and in the community. This is more than a support role; you’ll also mentor others and help shape meaningful programs.

About the role
 

As a Client Support Professional, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred support to people with disability either one-on-one or in group settings. 

You’ll work across a variety of environments including BHN sites, and the community, supporting individuals to build independence, social connection, and confidence. 

This is more than a support role you’ll also provide guidance and mentorship to Client Support Workers and contribute to program development. 

Locations: Cheltenham & Parkdale Hours: Weekdays 9am - 3pm, except for team meeting Tues - 9am - 4.30pm

What you’ll be doing 

  • Deliver engaging, person-centred support aligned to individual goals 
  • Support daily living, community participation, and personal care 
  • Support the person to be their best self by delivering Person-Centred and Behaviour Support Plans 
  • Monitor outcomes and progress in line with NDIS goals 
  • Facilitate group and 1:1 programs and activities  
  • Support safe medication administration and follow care plans  
  • Drive program vehicles and support community access 


What You’ll Bring
 

  • Certificate III or IV in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent 
  • Demonstrated experience supporting people with disability across a range of settings 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport 
  • Confidence in supporting personal care and responding to behaviours of concern with trauma informed care. 
  • A genuine commitment to choice, dignity of risk, and inclusive practice 
  • Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
