Disability Support Worker – Ormond [Supported Independent Living]

Seeking compassionate and reliable Casual Disability Support Workers to deliver person-centred support and help people with disability thrive.

Position Details

• Position: Disability Support Worker
• Employment type: Casual
• Work location: Ormond Vic

• Experience supporting clients with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and/or Behaviours of Concern (BOC) is highly desirable
• Availability across a variety of shifts, including sleepovers and early mornings (essential)
• Provide person-centered support that empowers each client to express choice and independence in how they want to be supported in their day-to-day lives
• Assist clients with aspects of daily living needs in their homes and at times out in the community; including personal care, meals assistance, medications, and behaviour support
• Able to work independently and in a team
