Fight Parkinson’s has been a leading force for over 40 years, dedicated to improving the lives of people living with Parkinson’s, including Young Onset and Atypical Parkinson’s. The organisation provides specialist information, education and support to individuals, families, carers and healthcare professionals, while raising vital funds to support research and advance better treatments. With the Parkinson’s community at the heart of everything they do, Fight Parkinson’s is committed to empowering people to live full, active and informed lives.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, the Philanthropy Specialist will play a key role in growing philanthropic income and strengthening donor engagement across multiple streams, including major donors, bequests and trusts and foundations.
This is a varied, hands-on role focused on building and managing a portfolio of supporters, developing personalised donor journeys and delivering strong stewardship outcomes. You will identify and secure new opportunities, manage grant submissions and proposals, and support the growth of bequests and major giving programs. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to strategic planning, reporting and continuous improvement of fundraising initiatives.
Gembridge Australia champions diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment. We encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and people of all abilities, cultures, sexual orientation and genders.
