Disability Support Worker – Casual/Temporary

Locations: Melbourne & Surrounding Suburbs Start Date: Immediate Pay Rate: $32–$35 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team on a casual/temporary basis. You will provide person-centred support in clients’ homes and communities, helping them work toward their goals and live independently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience

  • Certificate III in Disability or higher (mandatory)

  • VIC Driver’s Licence

  • Working rights in Australia

  • CPR & First Aid

  • National Police Check

  • Comprehensive car insurance

  • Availability to work any day, any time

  • Immediate start

Role May Also Include,

  • Provide personal care: grooming, toileting, meals, medication support

  • Assist with communication and mobility aids

  • Support clients in hobbies, community access, transport, and daily living

  • Maintain accurate case notes and client documentation

  • Promote independence, dignity, and meaningful community participation

  • Be able to work autonomously
