About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers who are driven to make a real difference in the lives of people in need. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to be part of a team that values compassion, respect, and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care and support to NDIS participants.

  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and social engagement.

  • Promote independence and community participation.

  • Work collaboratively with families, allied health professionals, and other stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A genuine passion for helping others and creating positive change.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.

  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to obtain (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support).

  • NDIS Screening checks

  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

  • A current Working with Children Check is required before starting employment.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport.

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency status is required.

  • Minimum of one year's experience working in NDIS support services.
