We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Learning & Development Business Partner to join our growing team and drive capability across our national workforce.

This is a key role responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning strategies that support operational excellence, leadership capability, and employee engagement across our facilities services environment.

About the Role

Reporting into the People & Culture function, you will lead the end-to-end learning lifecycle from identifying capability gaps through to delivering impactful training programs and measuring outcomes.

You’ll work closely with operational leaders, site teams, and corporate stakeholders to ensure our workforce is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a company-wide Learning & Development strategy
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs (both in-person and digital)
  • Partner with operational leaders to identify training needs across sites
  • Drive leadership development programs for frontline and senior leaders
  • Oversee onboarding and induction frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Manage and improve learning systems, tools, and content
  • Monitor training effectiveness and continuously refine programs
  • Ensure compliance training is current, relevant, and completed across the business

About You

  • Proven experience in a Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or similar role
  • Experience within the facilities services, cleaning, security, or related sectors is highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering training programs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment
  • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
