Hello,

We’re the Glady & Co Inspire Team, and we’re looking to expand our team with people who are team-oriented, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about working alongside participants in a meaningful way.

Do you love working with people, being creative, and making a real difference?

At Glady & Co, our Inspire Programs are all about connection, confidence, and meaningful experiences. We support participants to build independence, try new things, and engage socially in ways that feel safe, supportive, and empowering.

This isn’t your average support work role — you’ll be part of a fun, vibrant team delivering group-based programs, adventures, and multi-day experiences that truly inspire.

What you’ll be doing

As part of the Inspire Team, you will:

  • Support 1–7 day group programs (including travel-based experiences)
  • Work alongside adults of all ages who may have complex psychosocial disabilities and mental health support needs, in a respectful and person-centered way
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and social connection
  • Take initiative and problem-solve in dynamic, fast-paced group settings
  • Build strong, positive relationships with participants and the team
  • Complete light admin before and after programs

Why you’ll love this role

  • Meaningful, rewarding, and genuinely enjoyable work
  • A fun, supportive, and vibrant team environment
  • Variety — no two programs are the same
  • Opportunities to build skills in group facilitation and capacity building
  • Ad hoc work with program dates confirmed well in advance to suit your schedule
  • On-site, multi-day programs
  • Competitive pay and allowances.

Note, pay is based on SCHADS Award + experience

Availability

We work with your schedule. Once you are booked onto a program, you will need to be available for:

  • The full program duration (including staying on site where required)
  • A few hours of admin in the week before and after

What we’re looking for

People who are:

  • Warm, reliable, and people-focused
  • Energetic and confident in holding conversations and engaging groups
  • Comfortable working in group environments
  • Passionate about inclusion, independence, and empowerment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative
  • Able to stay calm and respond professionally in challenging situations
  • Flexible and able to adjust to on-the-go program changes

Minimum requirements

  • Certificate IV in Mental Health (preferred)
  • Experience in group settings (disability, education, or community)
  • Valid drivers license (mandatory)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working

With Children Check

  • First Aid & CPR
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS, inclusion, and capacity building
  • Commitment to participant choice, dignity, and safety

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Please send through your resume along with a cover letter outlining your experience and why you’d be a great fit for the Inspire Team.
