HIR Talent is partnering with a highly regarded, design-led property developer to appoint an Assistant Development Manager to join their growing team in Melbourne.

The Role

Working closely with experienced development leaders, you will assist in the management and delivery of projects from acquisition through to completion, including:

• Development feasibility and acquisition assessments

• Design coordination and consultant management

• Planning approvals and stakeholder engagement

• Financial reporting and project administration

• Sales, marketing and leasing support

• Project completion, settlements and handover activities

About You

• 2+ years' experience in property development, construction, project management or a related discipline

• Understanding of development feasibilities, planning processes and project delivery

• Strong analytical, financial and Excel skills

• A genuine passion for property and high-quality developments

• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
