As our project pipeline continues to grow across Melbourne’s South East, we are seeking a driven and accountable Construction Supervisor to support the delivery of unit refurbishment projects.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating multiple unit refurbishments across retirement living villages in the South East of Melbourne.

This role suits a highly self-motivated individual who takes genuine ownership of outcomes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and gains satisfaction from delivering projects on time and to a consistently high standard.

You will be the key on-site representative of Kustom Living, ensuring trades are coordinated effectively, deadlines are met, and quality expectations are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate refurbishment works across multiple units

  • Manage and schedule trades to meet program deadlines

  • Ensure works are completed to agreed scope, budget and quality standards

  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks

  • Maintain strong communication with village managers, clients and internal stakeholders

  • Proactively identify and resolve site issues

  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures

  • Maintain accurate site records and reporting

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Construction Supervisor or Site Supervisor role

  • Experience in residential refurbishments (retirement living or multi-unit experience highly regarded)

  • Strong trade coordination and scheduling skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Sound knowledge of building standards and safety compliance

  • Current Driver’s License
