Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Trainee Site Supervisor to join our Construction team in the South East. This opportunity is ideal for someone with residential construction experience or a relevant trade background who is looking to take the next step toward a career in site supervision.

What You’ll Gain

The Role

• Assisting with the coordination of day-to-day site activities
• Supporting supervisors in managing trades and subcontractors
• Monitoring build progress to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Ensuring work is completed in line with safety and compliance requirements
• Building strong working relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teams
• Assisting in resolving on-site issues and keeping projects on schedule

About You

• Experience within residential construction or a relevant trade background
• A genuine interest in developing a career as a Site Supervisor
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work
• Resilience and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of building standards and safety practices
• The ability to build strong working relationships with trades and stakeholders
