About the Role
Passionate about quality in vocational education and training (VET)?
Join Swinburne as a Quality Advisor and play a key role in supporting high-quality training and assessment across our vocational education programs.
As part of the VE Quality and Policy team, you’ll help ensure our programs meet regulatory and funding requirements while supporting a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Manager, VE Quality and Business Improvement, you’ll work closely with VET teaching teams and external partners, providing practical advice and guidance on quality practices, training and assessment standards, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
This is a collaborative role where you’ll work across the University to support quality improvement initiatives, interpret VET regulatory requirements, and help ensure our programs are delivered consistently and to a high standard.
