We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to work with our growing technology team.
What you’ll doLead and manage project exploration activities, including defining milestones, phases, and required workstreams. Provide comprehensive project oversight, including engagement with senior stakeholders and preparation of proposals, business cases and project plans outlining recommended technical options.Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and benefits tracking.Strong understanding of product-specific requirements and ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams.Plan and coordinate support from change management teams, ensuring effective training materials, documentation, communications, readiness assessments, and adoption planning.Identify, monitor, and escalate risks and issues, working collaboratively with the Technical Managers to manage and mitigate them.Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple accounts, ensuring needs are understood, alignment is maintained, and expectations are well managed.
Skills and Experience RequirementsAt least 5 years of project management experience. Experience with business analysis practices and AGILE methodologies required.PMP/CAPM/PRINCE or similar project management certification is desirable.Experience with Power BI, Xero, Confluence, JIRA is desirable.Experience managing end-to-end software delivery projects, from requirements gathering through to implementation and transition to operations. Experience/ certifications with AI-driven automation, online application development within digital environments are desirable.Strong multi-tasking skills within defined timeframes. Effective communication skills, with the ability to support negotiation, influence outcomes, and guide change. Ability to produce clear project documentation, with familiarity in procurement processes including SOW review, RFQ’s, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.Experience with project governance, working groups and steering committees.Experience in the Australian Private Health Insurance industry is highly desirable.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining focus on outcomes and value delivery.
