About the Role
Swinburne University of Technology is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Project Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the student experience within Swinburne Edge. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by delivering high-quality administrative and student-centred outcomes.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end student journey, including enrolments, data management, assessment coordination, reporting, and ongoing student and client communications. You will ensure all processes are delivered accurately and compliantly, in line with ASQA requirements and state-based funding regulations across Victoria and Tasmania, helping Swinburne meet its regulatory and quality obligations.
Working closely with the Manager, Operations (Shared Services) and in partnership with the Swinburne Edge team, you will provide consistent, timely, and high-quality administrative support to students, clients, and internal stakeholders. You will regularly handle a high volume of enrolments and enquiries, making strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service essential to success in this role.
Based primarily at Swinburne’s Hawthorn campus, this role offers the opportunity to engage with a broad range of stakeholders across the University, with occasional travel to other campuses as required.
