About the Role - Give daily direction, coordinate tasks, support your foremen, and keep the site safe and productive.
- Review drawings and scopes, plan ahead, and make sure the site is prepared for each stage of delivery.
- Oversee trades and subcontractors, organise materials and equipment, and keep the program running smoothly.
- Champion Signal & Hobbs' safety standards by running toolbox talks, completing QA and documentation, and ensuring all SWMS requirements are met.
- Attend site meetings, share progress updates, and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
- Complete daily records, support claims and variations, and assist with finishing works, defects, and final handover documents.

- You’re highly organised and naturally plan ahead. You like knowing what’s coming next—lining up trades, confirming materials, and making sure access and sequencing are sorted before work begins.
- People naturally look to you on site. You stay visible in the job, supporting your foremen, keeping communication clear, and spotting issues early before they become bigger problems.
