Candidates must have 3-5 years of construction experience.

Working closely with the Construction Manager and Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of new build apartment projects. The role will involve managing subcontract procurement, contract administration and cost control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
