About the Role

We’re seeking a Construction Estimator to lead tender and quotation responses across fit-out, refurbishment, and new-build projects. You’ll work within our Direct to Trade model, engaging subcontractors and suppliers directly to deliver best-in-class pricing and commercial outcomes for our partners.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and manage detailed estimates and tender submissions.
• Build and maintain strong subcontractor and supplier networks.
• Analyse costs, negotiate pricing, and identify cost-out opportunities.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth handovers and accurate cost centres.

What We’re Looking For

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Cert IV in Building (Estimating).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction estimating.
• Skilled in responding to RFT/RFQ opportunities with strategic, well-documented submissions.
• Proficiency in Cubit, Buildsoft, ProCore or similar systems.
