About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler for a 12-month assignment to oversee complex, multi-workstream renewable energy projects valued at $10M. Utilising your mastery of Microsoft Project, you will pull together diverse project inputs, proactively identify risks, and ensure critical milestones remain on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and master-schedule complex project plans ($10M) with multiple, overlapping workstreams using MS Project.
  • Proactively engage with project teams, engineers, and external stakeholders to capture inputs and updates.
  • Identify critical path impacts, scheduling conflicts, and resource constraints, offering proactive solutions.
  • Provide regular schedule health checks and reporting updates to project leadership.
Skills & Experience
  • Extensive practical experience as a Project Scheduler utilizing Microsoft Project on complex, large-scale projects ($10M).
  • A proven track record of showing initiative and working autonomously in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to seamlessly extract information across diverse teams.
  • A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required.
  • Knowledge of the energy industry and/or electricity transmission sectors will be highly regarded.
