Alclad Architectural is continuing to expand nationally, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Estimator to join our growing team delivering major façade, glazing, recladding, and architectural cladding projects across Australia.

This is an opportunity to join a business that delivers complete architectural façade packages — including aluminium glazing systems, curtain wall façades, windows, louvres, cladding, skylights, soffits, feature facades, and recladding solutions across large-scale commercial, industrial, education, retail, and government projects.

ABOUT ALCLAD

Alclad Architectural is a specialised Australian façade contractor focused on the design, manufacture, and installation of high-quality non-combustible aluminium cladding and complete façade systems. We deliver integrated façade solutions including:

  • Commercial glazing and curtain wall systems

  • Architectural windows and doors

  • Recladding and remediation projects

  • Aluminium cladding systems

  • Feature facades and screening

  • Louvres and sun-shading systems

THE ROLE

As Project Estimator, you’ll play a key role in supporting project acquisition and delivery through accurate pricing, tender preparation, supplier engagement, and project analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions for façade and glazing projects

  • Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation

  • Completing material take-offs and pricing analysis

  • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, builders, and internal teams

  • Supporting Project Managers during tender and pre-construction phases

  • Identifying project risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities

  • Assisting with procurement planning and project handovers

  • Managing multiple tenders and deadlines within required timeframes

ABOUT YOU

Ideally, you’ll have experience in:

  • Façade

  • Glazing

  • Recladding

  • Cladding

  • Commercial construction

  • Or related industries

You should also have:

  • Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications

  • Experience preparing take-offs and tender submissions

  • Understanding of commercial construction and procurement processes

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Experience using estimating software and Microsoft Office
