Project Manager – Electronic Security

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Victorian team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected industry leader delivering a diverse range of projects across commercial, government, education, healthcare, transport, and critical infrastructure sectors.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Victorian Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of electronic security projects from award through to completion.

You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electronic security projects simultaneously

• Develop and maintain project programs and delivery schedules

• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, equipment, and materials

• Manage project budgets, variations, forecasting, and profitability

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Ensure compliance with company processes, QA requirements, and safety standards

• Conduct site inspections and oversee project execution

• Manage defects, commissioning, handover, and project close-out documentation

• Work closely with Service and Operations teams to ensure seamless project transitions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous Project Management experience within the electronic security industry

• Strong understanding of Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, and Integrated Security Systems

• Experience managing projects ranging from minor works through to large-scale installations

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability

• Ability to lead teams and drive project outcomes

• High level of organisation, accountability, and attention to detail

• Current Victorian Driver's Licence

• Security Licence (or ability to obtain)

Desirable

• Experience with Gallagher, Integriti, Milestone, Genetec, HID, or similar enterprise platforms

• Experience working within critical infrastructure, transport, healthcare, or education environments

• SimPro experience
