This is a role for someone who notices the details, keeps standards high, solves problems in real time, and wants to be part of a team building something better.

What you will be doing

Operating the line

• Setting up, running, adjusting, and shutting down machinery across our beverage production lines

• Operating and monitoring our filling line with confidence and care

• Troubleshooting minor machine issues and making adjustments to maintain line performance

• Working with related equipment, including fillers, cappers, seamers, conveyors, process equipment, CIP, and packing systems

Protecting quality

• Making sure every run meets our standards for fill accuracy, closure integrity, coding, presentation, and overall product quality

• Carrying out in-process checks and identifying issues before they become bigger problems

• Following HACCP, GMP, hygiene, and sanitation requirements at all times

• Supporting clean, food-safe production practices and helping maintain audit-ready standards

• Escalating any food safety, quality, or equipment concerns quickly and clearly

Keeping things clean, safe, and efficient

• Completing routine cleaning and sanitation of machinery and production areas

• Supporting basic preventative maintenance and daily equipment checks

• Helping reduce downtime, wastage, and rework through good machine operation and attention to detail

• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe

• Working closely with production, quality, and warehouse teams to hit daily targets

Backing up the team

• Completing production records, quality checks, downtime logs, and batch paperwork accurately

• Supporting stock usage tracking, material readiness, and line clearance activities

  • Bringing a positive, team-first attitude to every shift

  • Contributing ideas that improve safety, quality, and performance

What we are looking for

• Experience operating machinery in a beverage, food, or liquid packaging environment

• Hands-on experience with a CODI filling machine

• A strong understanding of HACCP principles, GMP, and food manufacturing hygiene (Opportunities for training provided)

• Experience on canning and/or bottling lines

• A good mechanical mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, adjust equipment, and think on your feet when the line needs quick problem-solving

• Confidence identifying faults, staying calm under pressure, and working through practical solutions to keep production moving

• Great attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality

• The ability to work well in a fast-paced production team

• Good record-keeping and communication skills

• A reliable, accountable, and safety-first approach

Bonus points for

• Experience in spring water, RTD, carbonated beverages, or similar products

• HACCP or food safety training

• Forklift licence

• Basic maintenance or mechanical servicing experience

The kind of person who will thrive here

• Take ownership and back yourself to get the job done right

• Care about quality, food safety, and doing things properly

• Stay calm under pressure and keep the line moving

• Are hands-on, practical, and mechanically minded

• Notice the little things before they become big things

• Want to be part of a growing Australian brand with purpose
